Educational classes
You have programmers working for you already. It makes more sense to train these resources in Clarion or Clarion# than hiring new programmers then training them. Why? Your existing programmers already know how your business is supposed to work. A new hire not only will have to learn Clarion or Clarion#, but your business in addition. Unless of course, you actually need more programmers.
Clarion developers are already quite efficient in cranking out quality and quantity code, so it may be in your best interests to add new skills to your existing group of developers.
